The beer diet has been getting some traction — you drink one beer three times a day, along with a snack and lots of water. While some tout weight loss, it's still not a smart way to get in shape.
I guess a beer diet could work. But the bottom line is if you don't lose weight you don't really care. Because you are drunk and don't really give a sh-t.
How about 6 beers with pizza all at once at the end of the day?
