Incident: Driving Suspended
Date of Incident: 20 February 2012
Location: E. Main Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Antonio Q. White, 40, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 20 February 2012 at 11:55 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office observed Antonio White operating a vehicle in the area of E. Main Street and Rt. 50 in Salisbury. The deputy was familiar with White from a previous encounter and was aware that White’s driving privilege was currently suspended. The deputy stopped White who admitted that he was aware of the suspension of his privilege.
The deputy placed White under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained White in the Detention Center in lieu of $5,000.00 bond.

Incident: Possession of CDS
Date of Incident: 21 February 2012
Location: 300 block of Bridge Street, Mardela Springs, MD
Suspect: 1. Gerald A. Demouchet, 22, Mardela Springs, MD
2. Male Juvenile, 16, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 21 February 2012 at 7:30 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation and speeding on Bridge Street in Mardela Springs, MD.
Upon making contact with the driver and his two occupants, the deputy noticed behavior that was indicative of possible criminal activity. During the ensuing investigation the deputy recovered marijuana from both underneath the passenger seat and the passenger, Gerald Demouchet, himself. Additionally, marijuana was also recovered from a 16 year old in the rear set.
The deputy placed Demouchet under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Demouchet on Personal Recognizance.
The 16 year old juvenile was released to a parent on scene pending formal adjudication.

Incident: Burglary
Date of Incident: 22 February 2012
Location: 29000 block of W. Line Road, Delmar, MD
Suspect: Ryan A. Moore, 20, Laurel, DE
Narrative: On 22 February 2012 at 6:53 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary complaint in the 29000 block of W. Line Road in Delmar. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the property owner who discovered that 20 year old Ryan Moore had moved into a barn on private property and had established residency inside the barn without permission.
Investigation by the deputy showed that Moore was using an opening designed for animals to ingress or egress the building to facilitate his own entry. The deputy also learned that the property owner had confronted Moore earlier in the day and told him to leave which Moore apparently ignored.
The deputy placed Moore under arrest for Burglary and Trespassing and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Moore in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.
Charges: Burglary 4th Degree
