Narrative: On 15 February 2012 at 11:53 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hang-up call at a residence in the 1500 block of Jersey Road. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female subject who advised she was involved in a physical altercation with her boyfriend, Adam Holland, during which he grabbed the phone from her hands and broke it. The deputy observed signs of physical injury on the female subject that corroborated her account which led to the arrest of Adam Holland.

The deputy transported Holland to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Holland in the Detention Center in lieu of $50,000.00 bond.
