Bammy is gonna win no matter who you vote for or even if you don't vote at all.
Voters don't decide leaders. The ones counting the votes determine the winner.
Remember all those things you have seen on t.v. about other countries?
People rising up against their government, illegal elections, government forces (including police) firing on and killing their citizens, other things that we don't concern ourselves with, just shake our heads?
Well all those things have come to THIS country.
Right now we are allowed to talk about it. How much longer is anyone's guess.
I don't want to invoke Hitler's name and his style of government and his rise to power, because usually when that happens one automatically loses their argument.
But I can't help but keep noticing the similarities.
We have started killing citizens without charges much less trials.
Laws have been passed making speaking out against the government illegal. Returning vets can be labelled as terrorists. ( To keep them from telling the truth about wars is my guess.)
We all have seen our problems with local government, (thanks mostly to Joe and his blog), but the problems are on a national level as well.
People are stocking up on food and weapons because why? They are SCARED of their government (and police). And the impending sense of doom.
Cameras everywhere. People encouraged to inform on their neighbors. People being stopped and searched on the streets. Asked for their 'papers'. The list goes on and on.
We have already had rigged elections, Gore and Bush being the most recent example.
I have to stop here, I am beginning to sound like a conspiracy nut.
I *WILL* be voting for a third party. In Maryland we are a locked in as a blue state, so I would encourage people that are dissatisfied with both choice to look elsewhere. Voting for Romney or Santoroum or Obama is't going to change the FACT that OBAMA WILL WIN MARYLAND (AND DELAWARE) IN A LANDSLIDE! The best good you could do is find a candidate amongst the third parties and vote your conscience.
A third party vote always splits the votes and the incumbent will be guaranteed to win...unless a strong third party entry, supported by the mass majority of voters should enter. Highly unlikely, though.
I will vote for whoever can beat Obama. I would vote for Ron Paul but if he isn't leading voting for him would be like a vote for Obama. Don't lose sight on what's important here...Getting Obama out of Washington.
Ideological purity MUST come second to defeating Obama. As much as I hate to say it we need to put the country's best interests ahead of ideology. Voting for a 3rd party candidate is putting yourself ahead of the country and would hand Obama 4 more years. Having said that, this should be a cakewalk but won't be because of the racists, white-guilt types, and straight-line party voters.
4:30 pm is exactly right!! PLEASE people, understand that we have to vote for ANYBODY over Obama. At least we can then get rid of the Czars and other questionable characters in his administration. ANYBODY else would be better. ANY one of the GOP candidates are at LEAST Americans and believe in the constitution. If Obama is given another 4 years he will complete his mission to destroy the economy and make this nation a socialist one!! SERIOUSLY!!
YES Ron Paul.
ReplyDeleteI am going to vote for Ron Paul regardless.
ReplyDeleteno, that would guarantee a win for obama.
ReplyDeleteIf someone runs as a 3rd party, You can bet they want to see Nobama win.
ReplyDeleteNot if you knuckleheads will get with the program and say no to corruption on both sides of the isle
ReplyDeleteRon Paul wright in here to!

Am I?
Yes, I would IF it were a viable candidate who actually had a chance to win. A third person in the mix only splits the vote.
ReplyDeleteNo.My vote will go to the candidate that wins the Republican primary.

ReplyDeleteI will vote for Ron Paul and no one else. It's not about left or right it's about America
ReplyDeleteRon Paul IS the LAST chance for this great country.
ReplyDeleteI'm voting Ron Paul whatever ticket he winds up on. He's the country's only chance.
ReplyDeleteA third party candidate will only give the election to Obama. My vote will be for anyone against Obama!
