“Regulate Marijuana Like Wine” Finds 62% Support In New California Poll

A voter survey commissioned by California’s Regulate Marijuana Like Wine(RMLW) initiative campaign suggests the initiative could win at the polls in November—if it manages to make it on the ballot in the first place.
RMLW is one of handful of proposed 2012 California marijuana legalization initiatives, all of them ill-funded. For any of them to make the ballot, they have to come up with more than 500,000 valid voter signatures by April, a task that is considered almost impossibly to accomplish by volunteer efforts alone.

  3. 4:06 The reason it is still illegal is because of the ignorance of people like you. I guess in your mind alcohol is fine even though it does way more damage to your body than pot.

  4. The real reason is because the drug industry is scared that Prozac, antidepressants and a slew of other drugs will be rendered useless.. This is a fact, the liquor industry will be reduced in half, jails will have open cells, people will grow their own, so many industries would be transformed over night...So you tell me what the real reason is..This war makes no sense and the ignorance of benefits Restricting a GOD given weed that is far safer then ANY OTHER narcotic out there..but its election time and the above mentioned lobbies are fighting to stop this, when its obvious its about time to end this stupid stupid war which has wasted tons of cash which could be put to better use combating the really dangerous substances out there
