Moody's Credit Rating Agency - Outlook for Maryland Remains Negative

Moody's Credit Rating Agency has Maryland listed as Negative Outlook due to its reliability on Federal spending. With federal deficits continuing to soar and federal budgets slated to be slashed due to Congress being unable to agree to an overall deficit reduction plan - Moody's has Maryland listed as one of Negative - due to its close linkage with the US Government.
