Happy Mold Infested 3rd Friday
While some may attend the 3rd Friday event in Downtown Salisbury, be sure to bring a mask when you walk into the Vernon Powell building. The last time they held the event there many of the people complained about the severe odor of mildew inside the building.
Mold and Mildew are not something you want to play around with Folks. I'm not exactly sure why they have chosen to use this building but anyone just walking past the exterior of this building can clearly small the mildew and inside is even worse.
Perhaps the Health Department should be checking into this facility. Could you just imagine if ANY local business/restaurant had this same problem while serving FOOD inside! From what I'm hearing they're supposed to be doing just that on 3rd Friday.
Bring A Mask and call the Health Department!
Call the State Fire Marshal as well.
ReplyDeleteDo these food people have a food license? If so they know better than to be there. If no license then well thats normal.
ReplyDeleteI guess it is like eating that goat meal with no license..spend time in the toilet or the hospital
Think i'll stay home.
Are you sure that is mold?
ReplyDeleteanonymous 4:15, trust me, that building is loaded with mold and mildew spours. GO TO THE BUILDING and just stand outside and you can smell it. It's really bad. I'm an expert when it comes to mold and mildew, trust me, this building has very serious issues and problems.
ReplyDeleteIf that mold were on Tim Spies' home, Ireton and Stevenson would have him in court tomorrow morning,
ReplyDeleteDoes Vernon Powell still own that dump?
ReplyDeleteAlthough it may be musty, the photos you provide are mold and moss on the exterior of the building and are not a health risk and are minimal contributors of airorn allergensj just a little musty smelling, I'm not saying there isn't black mold present, or other problems, just that your photos are not of the true contributor.

Phillip Wright owns it and he is the biggest a$$hole on the plaza.
What about the beauty shoppe that is in that old building, they are the only ones occupying the building, aren't there problems in there as well????
ReplyDeleteLove that 7:03 comment they really pegged Phil Wright and his son Joe is a chip off the old block.
