WASHINGTON - A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested for having a sexual relationship with a male student at Montrose Christian School in Rockville.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department arrested Ashley Jean Campbell, 27, of Cochranville, Penn. Thursday morning. She has been charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of committing a fourth-degree sex offense.
The abuse allegedly took place between the fall of 2010 through January 2012, police say.

where were all these teachers when I was in High School ?
ReplyDeleteha ha ha, Karloff you beat me to it
ReplyDeleteA christian school no less. I guess they don't preach on fornication and adultery.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how we think it's okay when it's a female teacher and a male student. In my heart I feel the same way even tho my head tells me otherwise. I think my issue is with calling it abuse. It isn't always abuse, although it is always inappropriate and conduct for which a teacher should be fired. And yes, I am willing to say the same thing for a male teacher. People just need to learn to keep their pants on until both parties are past the age of consent and out of the teacher/student relationship.
ReplyDeleteIt's always sexual abuse, never a sexual relationship, when it involves a teacher and a student!
ReplyDeleteWho said anything about adultery? This is part of the problem. Not all sex is created equal!
ReplyDeleteWhen a man does it, he gets 5-10. When a woman does it, she gets a slap on the wrist.
ReplyDeleteIt might always be abuse by the definition, but it isn't always abuse.
