Whether you’re rooting for the Patriots or the Giants this Super Bowl, chances are you’re going to rack up calories faster than Tom Brady puts up points. Aside from Thanksgiving, we eat more on Super Bowl Sunday than on any other day of the year—an estimated 1,200 extra calories and 50 grams of fat on top of our usual three square. For example, Americans eat millions of pounds of guacamole and build “snackadiums” containing more than 45,000 calories a pop.   1. If you are stuck and want to eat healthy then eat the guacamole or salsa with celery and carrots. Save the calories for your drinks!
