    Usuall 45-30 minutes early

    always on time or early , matter of fact , if you are 1 minute late,
    you are late.
    I had a supervisor who would write you up if you punched in 1 minute late , 1 minute leads to 2 minutes etc.

    Always on time. I'm thankful to have a job and showing up late is a good way to get fired!

    When I did work, I was always early. Typically 30 minutes early.
