Texting While Driving Could Become A Primary Offense in Va.

WASHINGTON - A new bill could soon make it easier for police to pull you over for texting while driving in Virginia.

A Senate Transportation committee approved approved legislation this week that would allow police to pull over drivers who are texting.

Currently police can only pull you over for texting if you commit another violation.
