Yes, he definitely deserved to be beaten because he was recording the situation. Oh wait, cops ecord us on a regular basis and that is withtin the law but us recording them is not? Hilarious the double standards that are set in this country. Police do what they want anyway not sure why this surprises anyone anymore.
This is exactly why police in Md. have made it illegal to video them. Notice I said "police" have made it illegal (it is not)... through the use of wiretapping charges and possession of intercept device (cell phone) charges to intimidate and harass physically and financially. Protecting us from freedom and serving us contempt, brutality, intimidation and vindictiveness every day every way. Punks.
did you guys actually watch the video? there was a burglary. this guy was recording the incident from across the street (in the dark). the police asked if he lived there. the guy responded "no." then the police did there job and this guy acted like an idiot the whole time.
And in your comment I see absolutely no reasoning as to why this happened. You do how ever sound like a cop when you state he was acting like a jerk and the police did their job. Cops job is to protect innocent people. Other then acting like an idiot what crime did this guy committ? None.
This is an older incident. But, these types of things happen with more and more frequency.
ReplyDeleteI commented the other day about LEO's homicide rate increasing. After viewing this and other instances of police abuse, is there any wonder?
On some police cars it says 'to protect and serve'. But it doesn't say who is being protected and served.
the guy deserved it. the officer responded to an incident and this guy was recording the situation...obviously acting suspicious.

ReplyDeleteI hope you are joking.

3:42 is probably just yet another 1 of our corrupt cops that takes the law into their own hands. What an ass!
ReplyDeleteI don't know that it is illegal to video LEO in MD, but it is illegal to tape them with audio without their consent. Ever see a COPS episode in MD?
