Man From Princess Anne Co. Sentenced To 10 Years In Murder

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — A Princess Anne man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the strangulation of a Salisbury woman in 2007.

Forty-seven-year-old Warren Ballard pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of 51-year-old Shirley Smith. He was sentenced on Wednesday.

    Princess Anne Co. is in Virginia I believe.
    The town of Princess Anne is County Seat of Somerset County.
