Fruitland Police Department Press Releases 1-18-12

DATE & TIME: Monday January 16, 2012 @ 1755 hours
INCIDENT: Assault
LOCATION: 200 Block of North Camden Avenue
CASE NO.: 2012-0071
PERSON CHARGED: Jennifer A. Foxwell
AGE: 39
ADDRESS: Fruitland, Maryland
CHARGES: Assault 2nd Degree

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS:
On the above date and time Fruitland officers responded to the 200 block of North Camden Avenue for a reported assault. Upon arrival, officers met with the adult victim who had visible signs of injury. The victim’s injuries were consistent with the version of events provided by the victim and others at the scene. The victim identified the above named suspect, her mother, as the person that inflicted the injuries observed by officers. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking without further incident.

PERSON CHARGED: Ricky S. Holland
AGE: 24
ADDRESS: Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: CDS Possession (Marijuana)

DISPOSITION:
Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS: On the above date and time a Fruitland officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by the above named suspect for an equipment violation. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer detected the odor of burnt Marijuana emanating from the vehicle’s interior. A Probable Cause Search was conducted and a quantity of suspected Marijuana and several related smoking devices with suspected Marijuana residue were located. The suspect was arrested and transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking without incident.

PERSON CHARGED: Shaheed C. Armstrong
AGE: 28
ADDRESS: Princess Anne, Maryland
CHARGES: CDS Possession (Marijuana)
CDS Possession (Not Marijuana)
DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC

SYNOPSIS:
On the above date and time a Fruitland officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by the above named suspect for an equipment violation. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer detected the odor of burnt Marijuana emanating from the vehicle’s interior. A Probable Cause Search was conducted and several burnt ends of suspected Marijuana cigarettes were located as well as a quantity of suspected Cocaine. The suspect was arrested and transported to WCDC and released to Central Booking without incident.

  1. This is not the first time Jennifer has gotten into a tiff with her daughter. I think someone said they live together. Why? If they can't get along they should not be living together. Another thing that I have to ask is why is she living with her mother? Shes 19 and has 2 kids? Something about an apple and a tree comes to mind.

  2. Jennifer needs to be put away for good. She's been nothing but trouble for years. It appears the death of her daughter didn't change her ways. Where is the baby she had not long ago? I hope somewhere safe away from her.
