(CBS News) It's a first for the Iowa lottery. Officials are demanding that a person claiming a "Hot Lotto" jackpot step out from behind lawyers and reveal his or her identity - or forfeit the prize.
At a news conference Monday, Lottery CEO Terry Rich set a Friday, 3 p.m. deadline for lawyer Crawford Shaw to provide key details about the identity and contact information of the person who bought the winning ticket at a Des Moines gas station in Dec. 2010, and the chain of custody of that ticket.
