What Would You Like To Weigh?

If people stop eating meat and using dairy and go to fresh fruits vegetables brown rice and pasta along with beans nuts and seeds they won't have this problem. 6 out of ten Americans die just from consuming animal based diets. Go Vegan for your health
ReplyDeleteIf people would stop eating fast food, this would all turn around.
ReplyDeleteI stopped eating fast food about 10 years ago and lost a bunch of weight. That was the only change I made.
Because I grew up in the south, I fry quite a bit of the foods I cook, especially meats. I do, at the same time, consume quite a bit of vegetables. Not much on fruit because of the natural sugars. It's all about moderation. But when it comes to fast food, they should be calling it fast POUNDS.
