US Military: Unconstitutional Orders Are Unlawful; Defend Americans, Don’t NDAA “Disappear” Them

US military take an Oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” The US Constitution refutes the so-called “National Defense Authorization Act” provisions for US military to seize people in America (here, here, here). The 5th and 6th Amendments of the US Constitution promise that if the government is to seize you, they damn sure have to demonstrate you’ve committed a crime (my comments). Note that these promises apply to all persons, not just citizens:

  1. Persons and citizens (both legal fictions) and while the do get some constitutional rights they are at the bequest of the government. I am neither a person nor u.s. citizen, i'm a human being. Here is how maryland define's person (just to give you a taste of the deciption) -

    Maryland Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 10-401
    "Person" means any employee or agent of this State or a political subdivision thereof, and any individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, or corporation.
