DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC
SYNOPSIS:On the above date and time Fruitland Officers responded for a reported Domestic Assault. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who had visible, serious physical injuries. The above named suspect was present and evidence at the scene supported the victim’s version of events, that the suspect repeatedly struck the victim in the face and continued to do so even after the victim became unable to defend herself against the much larger defendant. The victim was transported by Fruitland EMS to receive emergency medical care and the defendant was arrested and transported to WCDC.

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC
SYNOPSIS:On the above date and time Fruitland Officers responded to the Wine Rack for a report of disorderly patrons who broke a bottle in the parking lot after being refused service. An officer observed the vehicle in the area of the 600 block of S. Camden Avenue and initiated a traffic stop for an unrelated traffic violation. Upon contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Rasmussen attempted to conceal suspected CDS in his clothing. Officers had the occupants exit the vehicle and Rasmussen became disorderly. Officers attempted to place Rasmussen under arrest as he had caused enough of a disturbance to draw the attention of other citizens in the area. Rasmussen resisted arrest and officers were finally able to secure Rasmussen in handcuffs. Prior to being transported to WCDC, Rasmussen was found to have concealed a quantity of suspected CDS in his pants leg. Waters was also found to be in possession of suspected CDS and was arrested as well. Both were transported to WCDC without further incident.

DISPOSITION: Released to custody of Central Booking at WCDC
SYNOPSIS:On the above date and time a Fruitland Officer initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle being operated by the above named suspect. During the officer’s contact with the driver the officer became aware that other criminal activity may be present and requested assistance from the Fruitland Police K-9 Team. A scan was conducted and the K-9 did have a positive alert for the presence of an odor of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. A Probable Cause search was conducted and several pieces of CDS paraphernalia and suspected CDS were located in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and transported to WCDC without incident.
