Ex-FBI Agent Who Vanished In Iran: "Help Me"

(AP) WASHINGTON - Long after he vanished in Iran, retired FBI agent Robert Levinson reappeared in a video and a series of photographs sent to his family over the past year, transforming a mysterious disappearance into a hostage standoff with an unknown kidnapper, The Associated Press has learned.
In the video emailed to his family in November 2010, Levinson pleaded with the U.S. government to meet the demands of his unidentified captors.

  2. This reaks of deception from the get go.I love this country, but our government would tell us anything and expect us to believe it.No private investigator would dare pursue a cigarette smuggling case in Kish.Sure he was retired from the FBI,but there had to be another reason for him to be in an Iranian possession.Maybe the FBI has'nt claimed responsibility for the purpose of insuring his safety. My point is,why would this issue be released to the public in a deceptive manner? One must wonder if his own family even knows why he was "really" in Iran.

  4. 6:26-He must have been reactivated by the FBI because he possessed some special skill.Odds are he was familiar with Iran. That would suggest that the Iranian government would recognize him from previous Iran FBI related missions.I have no idea why the FBI had him in Iran.I just know it had nothing to do with cigarette smuggling.

Ok, thanks for your answer. This cloak and dagger stuff is over my head so I will let it lie where it is.
