Delaware ranks high on a list of states most helpful to people who want to quit smoking.
The state comes in third in the American Lung Association's "Helping Smokers Quit--Tobacco Cessation 2011" report, which cites the top 5 so-called "quit-friendly" states in the US.
The problem is, in Delaware if you do the smoking cessation and for whatever reason it doesn't work and you start smoking again, you cannot repeat the cessation treatment. I feel that because the smokers PAID for these programs with our cigarette taxes, it shouldn't matter whether it takes me one time or five times to succeed. But, that's not the case. What a rip-off!
