DE Falls In Middle Of Best/Worst Run States Analysis

Delaware has dropped several places when it comes to how well the state is run -- that's according to a new report from 24/7 Wall Street dot com.

The report ranks Delaware 21st -- dropping 10 places since last year's ranking.

The report shows Delaware has the third highest rate of violence in the country and the fifth largest debt per capita.
