On the face of it, it might seem bad, but knowing that thieves and other bad guys, always need light to see, the law abiding citizens can just sit back and aim in the general direction of the flashlight. It's kinda like being in your own home at night, who needs light to move around or fire your weapon at an inturder, not me!
