Besieged presidential hopeful Herman Cain is appealing to his base for “friendship” and donations in the wake of the latest accusation of sexual impropriety against him.

In an email to supporters late Tuesday, Cain described his latest accuser — Ginger White — as a troubled Atlanta businesswoman and called her allegations of a 13-year affair “completely false.” The email was sent by Friends of Herman Cain.
