Actor Harry Morgan, who starred as Colonel Potter in the classic TV comedy 'M*A*S*H,' and as Officer Bill Gannon in '50s detective series 'Dragnet,' dies at 96.
Actually it was the 1960s and 70s reprise of Dragnet the he appeared as Officer Bill Gannon. In the Dragnet radio show from the late 1930s and early 40s he played various rolls, suspect, hotel managers and chef of detectives.
