A New Twist To The Occupy Movement
Joe....there is a new twist to the Occupy movement. After the incident involving the serious injury of an Iraq War veteran Marine, the Militias are showing up to protect the rights of the protesters - even though they disagree with what some are saying. The police asked them to leave their AR-15's in their cars but they refused. They told law enforcement tha they had every right under the 2nd amendment to possess weapons - so they kept them. Loaded on single point tactical slings. Awesome!
WAKE UP Politicians it won't be long till CIVIL WAR hit homes and when it does don't ask WHY?? Cause "YOUR" people are fed up and taxed to death and tired of it and just a matter of time till the first #@$$#%# rings out and then it is on and you all are so blind that you will look at each other and ask why are the people finally fighting back.
ReplyDeleteMilitia? Are you referring to the overweight bearded guy wearing sunglasses?
ReplyDeleteThere must be a lot of AR15s in Phoenix as they showed up in a protest during an Obama speech there in August 2009.

Oh it's coming. And it's close. People everywhere are preparing for it like never before. They are gathering food, ammo, medical supplies, silver, everything. I know some of them. They only want the government to to be restrained bu the constitution again. They see socialism bearing down on them. Tax, Tax, Tax! Look at the Washington D.C. registration plate! It says "Taxation Without Representation". That tells what they stand for. Yes....civil war is at the door. Where will the spark be struck?
ReplyDelete10:04 - DC plates say "No Taxation Without Representation." So you completely missed the point. But whatever, I'm going to steal your silver anyway.
ReplyDeleteCall them what you want 9:55, they are there and are making a difference. Law enforcement asked them to put their guns away and they refuse to comply. That speaks volumes. We can only imagine what would have happened if the government had authorised the use of force while they were present. I would proffer that their presence was considered in the decision making process when considering use of force by the government. Don't be foolish.
ReplyDeleteWhat I don't understand is the 2nd Amendment Right. It gives the right to bear arms by Federal Law. But then the states come in and change that 2nd Amendment Right in their own words. Take Maryland for instance. Chances of getting a CCP are slim to none unless you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that your life is in danger. In some cases, that proof may come too late. I believe EVERY legal citizen has the right to own and possess a handgun provided you are not a felon.
ReplyDeleteA couple of weeks ago, my family and I were stopped at a light. A group of teenagers were walking by. One of them decided to pull his hat down over his face and get right up to the window. Fortunately, I knew it was a stupid prank. What if it had been someone with harmful intent? I would not have been able to protect my wife (1) but most importantly my children.
Sad part of all of this is that criminals can get weapons
ReplyDelete(GUNS) of any size quicker than non-criminals. Just go around and ask the right people and you can have whatever you want in less than 1/2 hr. And it can take HOW long to get a gun legally??
And the Gov. want everyone to register their guns and you ask why?? That way they know where to come first when civil war breaks out...so think about it.
Phil.....please understand.....the right to keep and bear arms is NOT granted by federal law. The 2nd amendment to the constitution merely recognizes rights endowed upon us by our creator. The right of self-defense is inherent in natures law to all people. As is freedom and liberty. State laws that forbid people the right of self defense are contrary to natures law and are, by all rights, unconstitutional since these rights endowed upon us by our creator are the essence of why the Declaration of Independence was written, why we fought the Revolutionary War, and why the U.S. Constitution was written. We are re-programmed from the time we start public school that self-defense is wrong. If you defend yourself you will be suspended. The suspension is a punishment for self-defense. I had a wise range instructor tell me once..."I'd rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6". Phil....do the right thing. Get a handgun. Learn to use it well. Practice "shoot, don't shoot" scenarios. Practice, practice, practice. Keep it with you. Never pull it out unless you intend to use it. I would much rather sit in a jail cell writing letters to my children of how I was arrested for carrying a gun to defend their lives than I would walk around as a "free" man visiting my childrens grave because I wasn't prepared to defend them. Think of how differently the stuation in Connecticut - the home invasion....or more recently, the home invasion/rape in Salisbury would have unfolded had the homeowners had a firearm within arms reach when the perpetrators came to call.
ReplyDeleteIn the military we were told we had an obligation to disobey unlawful orders. I would most assuredly disobey laws that put the lives of my family in the hands of criminals...that includes those in Washington and Annapolis
10:12: Read the Phoenix article I pointed you to with the Google: google ar 15 legal carry
ReplyDeleteAll the same arguments were discussed back in 2009.
This is exactly what our illegal government wants - for us to arm ourselves in a vain protest of rich people.
ReplyDeleteNow they can kill us.
10:10 you need to check again it is "Taxation Without Representation" on their license plates ......Washington is out of control and many of the people are getting tired of it waking up and are not going to roll over for these people taking control of our lives and coming up with more and more laws to take away our freedoms and liberty
ReplyDeleteDo the math. The world population is 7 billion and increasing each day.Technology is increasing, which is decreasing the need for hiring humans for certain jobs. One might read my comment and say it has nothing to do with the Wall Street protests, but the availability of decent jobs has everything to do with the discontent.Concensus among the wealthy is that they really don't care about the less priveledged.AK's brought in by the protesters will justify a Tienemin square type response by law enforcement.
ReplyDeleteThe police don't want to pick a fight where they are outnumbered by thousands. How long does anyone (especially the police) think it would take for HUNDREDS if not thousands of armed (and angry) men to show up on the scene if the police started shooting civilians? Answer -- withing the hour. Forget the National Guard. They are your neighbors. Think THEY are going to shoot YOU? Many of them are just as angry as the rest of us about how we are treated now. More likely, they take the civilian's side. The best thing the police could do would run for their lives. This stuff is coming. I know a LOT of sensible, civilized, WORKING, taxpaying people who are getting ready as fast as they can for this exact scenario. Shooting tear gas canisters at a Marines HEAD?! Flash-bang grenades into unarmed groups of kids? Beating civilians indiscriminately with batons and nightsticks? Better watch yourself..."we, the people" ain't gonna take that Nazi storm trooper treatment forever. In fact, not much longer. Even Stevie Wonder can see what's going on. Oh wait. THAT was Marvin Gaye.
ReplyDeleteBet you won't see this on any MSM news tonight!
