The caller was frantic and she advised that a black male wearing all black clothing was attempting to break into her house through the front door. The suspect was using so much force that the Maryland State Police dispatcher could hear the suspect beating and banging on the door over the telephone. The complainant also advised that the suspect was attempting to pick the door lock while he was banging on the door. Several Troopers responded to the call for service and upon arrival located the suspect still on the home owner’s front porch. The suspect was detained. Troopers noted that the suspect was highly intoxicated, he had urinated on himself and his clothes were disheveled. He stated that he had been at this house for a party but was obviously mistaken due to his intoxication level. The complainant did not know the suspect, had not had a party and was home alone with her family.
