Md. Adds 'Tow Plows' To Snow-Clearing Arsenal

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - The Maryland State Highway Administration is adding an odd-looking weapon to its winter arsenal.

It's called a "tow plow" and it enables one truck to plow two lanes. The agency said Wednesday it has added two of the devices to its fleet.
