Judge: School Can Ban American Flag Shirts

A federal court has ruled that a California public school had the authority to prevent students from wearing clothing emblazoned with pro-American messages on the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo.

U. S. District Court Judge James Ware was ruling in a case involving students at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, CA, who were banned from wearing American flag t-shirts on the Mexican holiday in 2010.

  5. Wonder who appointed Judge Ware to the bench. Betcha it was someone who supports Obama, And other stupid liberal Democrats. What the hell has become of America. Too many good men and women have died for our freedoms for this kind of crap. The Judge should be disbarred or better that, run over by a dump truck.

  8. Judge Ware should be deported to Mexico. This is America if you don't like it or our flag then get the hell out of our country. We shouldn't have to press one for english. We also shouldn't be wasting millions of dollars on translators for everything in America courts and the like. This is America you moved here now learn to speak English or go back where you came from.

If a flag touches the ground, one is REQUIRED to burn it.

Burning a flag has been decided it is a form of free speech. Why is not wearing one also a form of free speech?

Police and military personnel wear a flag every day. Why can't others?

Why can't it be worn on ANY DAY? What does another countries holiday have to do with that or anything else?
