Judge Rules In Wilmington Urban Renewal Suit

Property owners say they came out on top in a ruling handed down from a Chancery Court judge.

Attorney Rich Abbott who represents 10 property owners, including auto repair shop owner Ed Osborne, had challenged the City of Wilmington's South Walnut Street Urban Renewal Plan saying it imposes unlawful use restrictions on land and buildings beyond what's required by zoning.
