High School Drug Use Unreported, Says Cape Board Member

Cape Henlopen School Board member Sandi Minard has accused high school officials of not following district policy regarding student drug use.

During the Oct. 27 school board meeting, Minard said she knows of a situation in which two high school students were caught smoking marijuana in the school in early October. The board, however, has not received information on this situation, and Minard said she is uncertain what action, if any, was taken against the students.
