SYNOPSIS: On October 31, 2011 an Officer of the Fruitland Police Department was dispatched to Dollar General for a Burglary. Upon arrival, the Officer viewed security video footage that clearly showed the above named suspect committing the crime. The Officer immediately identified the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was served that day and the suspect was released to WCDC without incident.

DISPOSITION: Released to WCDC

SYNOPSIS: On the above date, an Officer of the Fruitland Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by suspect #1. During the stop the Officer developed probable cause to have both suspects exit the vehicle and to conduct a search of the vehicle and occupants. During the probable cause search a large quantity of suspected Marijuana was located. The quantity and manner of packaging was indicative of Possession w/intent to distribute and occurred within a close proximity to a school. Both suspects were arrested and transported to WCDC without incident.
