    Assateague. I like going to a place where all I hear is nature. Plus I love to camp. Due to how close it is it doesn't hurt my wallet.

    Love the Outer Banks...Hatteras Island, NC...so restful and serene.

    Hatteras. My family has been going down there the last 30+ years. We make sure, once a year to get everyone together down there for a helluvagood week. Girls sleep in, us boys are out on the beach by 5-6am fishing. Absolutely love it down there. Too bad this year we got stuck staying in Nags Head due to the storm, but it was still a great time regardless.
