    The class act in the room was at the council table...Cohen, Campbell, Spies. The lack of leadership quality that you see in the actions of these two past councilmen says it all. No wonder Salisbury isin the shape that it's in. The current council inherited quite a mess. The captions are really fully.

    lmao..everyone of them were brought up as spoiled little runny nose rich kids! except rick of course..he was a spoiled lil runny nose fat kid that always got picked on! NOW..look how they turned out! they could not manage a bowl of jelly!..let alone a city or county! JOE..if that was you in the picture..how would u be able to face ANYBODY u know?? lmao again!!!

    The person saying "children will be children". That is really true. These are supposed to be our community leaders. More like a club of high schoolers who don't let others sit at their table.
