ReplyDeleteWell 10:49 I guess if one is living in the imagination world where Obama is the evil Cobra Commander that has taken over everything, one would not think that the court would challenge this. Even though in the real world it has been successfully challenged in lower courts which might be why its up to the supremes now.

ReplyDelete1140-You obviously don't know how the court system works. Of course the reason it's being heard by the USSP is because of the decisions in the lower courts.
ReplyDeleteThe individual mandate will be thrown out. Neither Kagan, nor Thomas recused themselves from the hearing, and there are parts that will be struck down based on facts, not conjecture or rhetoric. It was a flawed bill from the start.
