Alcohol Could Be Permitted On Berlin Streets And Sidewalks

Council to hold public hearing for proposed ordinance on Nov. 28 (Nov. 11, 2011) The drinking of alcoholic beverages on public property in town limits in Berlin could be permitted if the Town Council passes a proposed ordinance.

    i go to several events in western NY and PA and they have that ordinance in place. it works and at least i dont feel like i have to chug my drink because we're going to the next event.
