The Ravens are still better than most teams because of their defense, but after that, they're just as mediocre or as bad as everybody else — and Monday night's 12-7 loss to Jacksonville proves it. With an inconsistent quarterback, slow and often penalized offensive tackles and other lackluster performers, the Ravens have to separate themselves from the bad teams in the NFL to make it as serious contenders.
I have seen high school football games exhibit more talent that what was shown last night.
ReplyDeleteWhat gives with the NFL? With the exception of Drew Breeze, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Ben Roethlisberger - what has happened to Franchise caliber Quarterbacks?
I say call-up some of the former gladiators like Montana, Aikman, Elway and the likes. They certainly could not perform any worse than what I've seen exhibited this NFL season!
Flacco has been a bust since day one when the pressure is on or they're playing in a big game. They are not a powerhouse and the Ravens CHOKE every year. They suck!
ReplyDeleteThey better hope the Steelers dont face them in a Play off game
ReplyDeleteOR SAME-O-SAME-O
Ravens fans are the worse! Look at these comments! Typical obnoxious Ravens fans. All in your face when they win and ready to run them out of town when they lose! Oh thats right the Colts left due to non-support too huh? These are the Browns that left Cleveland right? What a cluster. Flacco is a great guy, but not a great player. Mediocre at best. Get over it and draft better players not local University ones either. That being said , stop getting in my face when you win if you can't take the losses in stride as well. Real fans cheer for their team come hell or high water. Be happy you have team to cheer for. Sick of this purple band wagon of whiners and crybabies. Go root for Cleveland and get out of Maryland!
ReplyDeleteRavens fans are the most fairweather fans out there. So annoyting. They complain about Flacco constantly (unless he wins)... so maybe he isn't Joe Montana but he is the best QB they have ever had. Imagine having to pick between John Beck and Rex Grossman! I think the Ravens fans issues come from two things.....
ReplyDelete1) Knowing they will never be better than the Steelers.
2) Knowing they are actually just the Browns wearing purple.
what do you expect with people or should I say thugs like lewis! he ought to be in jail! what a role model for young kids! wonder why the union doesn't want hgh testing. that whole team would be suspended! typical crap that always comes out of bmore!
ReplyDeleteHarbaugh is the center of it all. Ego Ego Ego. Whine Whine Whine. ESPN spends more time filming his baby actions on the side lines than they do the actual game. Oh yeh- another typical Raven response to losing is: "The REFS made us lose"! Seriously, so sick of all the excuses. You win and you lose. Thats it! Quit crying like Harbaugh. Go back to Cleveland! Go Colts!
ReplyDeleteYou are all talking about a team that is 4-2...one that's been to the playoffs three years straight. So they lost ...played terrible. Ravens are one of the most successful football franchises in the NFL. Sell out every game while playing only thirty miles from the Redskins and an hours drive to Philly. As far as fans, you mean to tell me Steeler eagle and Skin fans don't complain about their QB? C'mon you guys are just haters for whatever reason. I'm a fan win or loss and I don't have to love the QB, and can even complain about him...... BTW 12:01 on opening day we were not just better then the squeelers, we dominated them. and 1:39 If the Ravens looked bad (lost 12-7) your Colts (Lost 62-7) bhaaaaa
