THE SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL HAS SCHEDULED AN ADDITIONAL WORK SESSION FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2011, FOLLOWING THE ADJOURNMENT OF THE COUNCIL’S 6:00 P.M. REGULAR LEGISLATIVE MEETING FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS (BZA) PROCEDURES.
DURING THIS OPEN WORK SESSION, THE COUNCIL WILL ENTERTAIN A VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION TO CONSULT WITH LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF ON PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION AS PERMITTED UNDER THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND SECTIONS 10-508(a)(7)(8).
THE OPEN WORK SESSION WILL BE HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS (ROOM 301) OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET) AT WHICH TIME THE PUBLIC CAN OBSERVE THE MOTION, ANY DISCUSSION AND THE VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION AS NOTED ABOVE.
