N.Y. Police Officer Charged With civil Rights Violation

New York (CNN) -- A New York City police officer is being charged with violating civil rights law after allegedly arresting a black man in Staten Island without cause and later using racial slurs to describe the incident to a friend during a phone call that was intercepted by authorities, court documents say.

Officer Michael Daragjati, 32, was arrested Monday over an April 15 incident in which, investigators say, he falsely claimed the Staten Island man he collared had resisted the arrest by flailing his arms and kicking his legs, according to a criminal complaint unsealed in Brooklyn Federal Court.

  1. Add "resisting arrest" to "hindering a police officer" and "disturbing the police" and the all-encompassing "obstruction of justice' to the list our "serve and protect" Nazi's use to control the people who don't toe the line, or DARE to challenge their "command authority". I guess you can also add "perjury", "false statements" and "racism" to the list of ways those same Nazi storm stroopers back those (often, VERY often) charges up....for those who don't know, police officers are now TRAINED to say "Stop Resisting!!" over and over so if the video goes to court, they can be seen trying to "subdue" a "resisting citizen". Thats a fact and NO officer will come on here and dispute THAT. If they do, add them to the list of lying Nazi's. Yeah, I said it.
