More Taxes Or Higher Fees Could Pay For Md. Improvements

WASHINGTON -- Potholes and rough pavement don't fix themselves. Money for repairs has to come from somewhere.
 
On Tuesday, a Blue Ribbon Commission on Maryland Transportation Funding meets in Annapolis to discuss options.
 
Most of the ideas presented to state lawmakers so far have involved digging into the pockets of taxpayers.

  2. Oh wonderful...tax,tax,tax..it's always the answer. They have the money to fix the roads. It's just a matter of dipping into the slush funds or money they are wasting on other pet projects. When people have had enough and everything falls apart, be sure to thank them for destroying our way of life!
