    I believe it's illegal to keep deer as pets in the state of Maryland.

    Was this around rt 54 and susan beach rd? There is a young state tagged buck that is very human friendly around there.

    It is only illegal if you have the animal penned up. This deer was orphaned at 2 days old and bottle fed for 3 months, that is why he is very human friendly, BUT please keep in mind he is STILL A BUCK! Rut season is coming and it would be wise to keep your distance.

    he likes skittles.....and bread, and crab, and mike and ikes, and chicken feed, dog food, and apple oat horse treats, and m&ms, and ice cream, and shrimp, and candy bars, and tea....

    and don't forget peanut butter tandy cakes! He loves chocolate :) Please don't hurt him, hopefully he will find his way back home and to the neighborhood he was raised in
