BALTIMORE -- Baltimore police are investigating the rape of a 13-year-old girl.Police said the incident happened about 9 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of N. Caroline Street.The victim told police she was walking when a man approached her, took her into a vacant building and raped her before running away.

Years ago young girls went no where with a chaperon. There must have a good reason.
