Kent County Spokesman Bret A. Scott Faces Sex Charge

Accused by 15-year-old of inappropriate contact


A Kent County Levy Court spokesman is on administrative leave after an unlawful sexual contact charge was filed against him by a 15-year-old girl.

Police arrested Bret A. Scott, 43, of Magnolia Oct. 17 and charged him with second-degree unlawful sexual contact.
