It doesn't take much to break down, (this time) just who tipped off a Daily Times Photographer for this image of Ruark in handcuffs.
Because Todd has CLASS, he chose to use this image, rather than one with Ruark's hands in handcuffs as he passes by.
Nevertheless, I will never believe the SPD was a part of this tip off and while I hold no grudge and am proud of the fact that Todd was the one called, every one out there has to wonder who called and why.
This is now a private citizen with a peace order against him. I had several conversations with the local MSM talking about whether or not the original peace order should be news. In the end we all agreed, if it were anyone else there's no way we'd publish such information.
Politically, there's a small group of locals that enjoy such exposure. They think they'll fly under the radar but if I have my way I can assure you, they won't.
Has Davis Ruark made some mistakes, absolutely. There's no question about that. However, are some of these problems enhanced politically, you better believe they are. I have been at the opposite end of vindictiveness and each and every one of you know that. From the former Chief of Police, former Warden and former Mayor, I have had my share of problems and in the end, (against all odds) I beat each and every one of them.
So do sit tight before you in fact pass judgment. And think about this. With three lawsuits against me, did you really believe I'd win all three?
Classy work Todd, thank you.
Keep digging asshole. You're next.
ReplyDeleteOooooooooh, I'm so scared. ROTFLMAO!
ReplyDeleteNext, huh. I was FIRST and I beat it then and I'll beat it again. I do NOT break the law. I do NOT collect food stamps, disability, live in subsodized housing, collect money from advertisers and candidates and not report it to the disability people.
ReplyDeleteNo, I'd say YOUR next fat man.
It was put out there, because Davis Ruark is/has been a public figure who we are supposed to respect....when you choose a political career, you have to take the good with the bad...That is why he is exposed, because we put him on a pedestal expecting him to be a good example...he has failed...now he is no more than just like those he prosecuted.
ReplyDeleteJoe, If this is contrary to what you believe, why then, do you have it on your blog? You can't have it both ways!
ReplyDeleteanonymous 10:48, my former conversation with Ruark was very clear. IF it went to the next level and there was a violation of any sort, we would publish it.
ReplyDeleteWe received a Press Release from the SPD and we NEVER cover them up. There was NO press release on the peace order.
So, I can have it both ways.
How many times have we heard 'you're next'? Pardon my language but that shit is getting old. If you think you can do something to Joe, do it, or just shut ..up.
ReplyDeleteWhere's that video John Robinson claimed he had of Albero assaulting him. He swore on facebook that he'd have it up a month ago but there's been nothing. Robinson, you've been blogged.
ReplyDeleteIf Davis Ruark ran for States Attorney next time I would surely vote for him. Everyone makes mistakes. He has time to get himself streight from what ever problems he has. He needs to work at it and "get er done" sooner the better.
ReplyDeletejust wait until everything comes out..trust me, this woman is crazy and has been around with a lot of men. shes out to get him.
ReplyDeletequack quack
doesnt matter if the lady is "crazy" or not. a judge granted her protection. ruark failed to follow an order of that protection. cut/dry/movin on...
ReplyDeleteOh and ladies never lie about men harrassing them. Don't jump all over Davis until we know the whole truth. Many innocent people have been arrested or jailed over the years over accusations. I am not taking either side, just commenting on the whole situation.
ReplyDeleteWith his arrest, it doesn't matter if she is crazy or not, or if the Peace Order is warranted or not. Bottom line is that the Peace Order was granted by the judge, and he violated it. No contact means no contact. No emails, no text messages, etc. And no contact by a third party delivering messages either.
ReplyDeleteHe is in the private sector now so why do they make a big deal of this?
ReplyDeleteAnother Capano in the making. He thought he was so good for his own defense. Mean while, the jury saw through it.
ReplyDeleteHe of all people should know what the results would be if he violated the order. He has been coddled by law enforcement for far too long. Problem is, he's not in the club anymore.
ReplyDeleteBelieve me Ms. Rosen is a whacko and I would advise everyone to stay clear of her.
ReplyDeleteSo correct me if I am wrong Joe, but it appears as though Ruark filed a criminal complaint against Rosen and 3 days later she requested the peace order?
ReplyDeleteJoe, look up Terrance Cirata on judiciary search. He plead guilty to sexual abuse and rape of a child and only recieved 20 yrs!!!! Was that light sentence part of the plea agreement?
ReplyDeleteThis is horrible.
She may be a whacko 5:42 but I'm a bit fed up with the whole thing. It's like a local version of the Jerry Springer show. Filing charges, throwing coffee (which by the way is so gauche), peace orders. To me it seems like they are both at fault and it all needs to go away because no doubt they will love each other again in a month. Isn't that the way these dramas tend to play out?
ReplyDeletemr. D you better beware after she uses your credit card up she will move to the next victim she is a user and a destroyer she was dating one guy and went to hawaii with another at the same time watch out all
ReplyDelete548. Not. Try again.
ReplyDeleteThis is repulsive! Why is this news worthy.
ReplyDelete8:06 PM
ReplyDeleteI used to live with a woman like this years ago. Key words are 'used to'.
Yeah and I used to live with a man like this years ago. I had him removed and put in substance abuse counseling but he was such a narcicist, it didn't help. Substance abuse and narcicism go hand in hand.
ReplyDeleteDaphne Rosen is a wacko. She was fired from Fruitland PD years ago where she was a dispatcher. She is what's known as a "holster hound". Davis has made some mistakes but this one was created by actions she initiated. Davis has faults but I can tell you that even though he is no longer a public official, he still reaches out and helps members of this community.
ReplyDeleteWhy would you even give a man, much less move in with him, the time of day if he is a substance abuser, 5:50?
ReplyDeleteI'm a woman so I can say this-I am so tired of woman for whatever reason hooking up with substance abusers, alcoholics and then crying foul. I have no sympathy and feel if you make that bed then lie in it.
920 He became a user after we were married seven years and a good closet user at that. Never say never, it could happen to you easily. User's are the biggest liars and manipulator's on earth.
ReplyDeleteSam Vincent knew what was happening to Ruark & how it was affecting this County-----just didn't voice it. He did the only thing he could do to stop what was happening ----that was run for office, which he did.
ReplyDeleteRest in peace Dear Sam.
