On the heels of two sessions of significant weakness, stocks are selling off at the open. The financial sector is again leading the way down, with Morgan Stanley off nearly 6% on word it may raise $5 billion in a Japanese bond sale. S&P also said it sees a greater chance of recession in Europe. The Dow is off 165 points at 10489, and the yield on the 10-year Treasury is down to 1.74%.
