OC Beach Patrol Scales Back Coverage

OCEAN CITY -- With the onset of Labor Day weekend, Ocean City Beach Patrol (OCBP) is in the process preparing for the fall season and coping with reduced manpower. “We’re changing the way we do our coverage,” said OCBP Captain Butch Arbin.
