HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - A former Maryland state delegate has been released from prison after serving almost three years for possessing child pornography.
Robert McKee was sentenced to 37 months in prison in November 2008. The Republican lawmaker represented Washington County in the Maryland General Assembly from 1995 to 2008. He resigned his seat amid an investigation into whether he had possessed child pornography.
