  1. I understand why you do it, and it's a good community action. But doesn't it bother you sometimes that you post stuff for the sheriff but he won't return the courtesy and give you information?

I know you're going for the greater good, but if just bites my ass sometimes.

    Oh well, it's your call.

  3. I do hope that she is found to be safe. I can only imagine what the family is going through and my heart goes out to them. I worked with Alice when I was at Parkside and she is a very nice person.

  4. He doesn't do it for the Sheriff. He does it for the community. The Sheriff couldn't care less how much it hurts the community as long as he keeps Sbynews out of the loop. His ego has been growing out of control to the point that he will jeopardize the safety of the community if thats what it takes to get back at Joe. Little Napolean. What do we call his classes again? Oh yeah. The Mike Lewis Show. Welcome to the greatest show on earth.

  5. Joe, thanks for posting this and I would like to ask that the comments be toned down as to respect what you are trying to do by posting it. Thanks again.

  6. ANONYMOUS 8:21, No, it doesn't bother me in the least. You see, no matter what anyone says, good things happen to good people.

I am blessed we receive such important information because the masses trust me and believe enough people come to this site and together we all make a positive outcome.

We can ALL have our differences but in the end if we all come together for the better of the community we can make that positive difference, with or without the help of the Sheriff's Department, with all due respect.

The ONLY reason this wouldn't become public is because of who the people are that are involved. It will be kept quiet until they feel there is foul play.

My feeling is, publish the information and IF it is something simple, someone will let Alice know people are looking for her and within 24 hours the whole thing goes away.

HOWEVER, IF there is foul play, why not be on the forefront by letting the community know.

Anyhow, Sheriff Lewis runs the Sheriff's Department. It is very easy for any one of us to sit on the outside and critisize. I'm sure he has his reasoning for not returning any of my phone calls on two matters for the past 24 hours, (or so).

  11. Yeah I knew that's how you look at things Joe. And of course you are right.

My point was why not get the info out there, by any means necessary.

Being vindictive, (on sheriff's part), does not best serve the community at large.

Oh, the heck with it. You explained it well enough. No need for me to repeat.

    Good job, as usual.
