Twenty-Year Sentence For Va. Man Who Raped Stepdaughter

A man convicted of repeatedly raping his stepdaughter over a 10-year period, both denied the charges during a sentencing hearing and apologized for what he had done. The judge said his lack of remorse was reprehensible and sentenced former Berlin resident Gregory Donzell Bailey Sr., 53, who now lives in Onancock, Va., to 20 years in prison.
