Teen Yells "Jump" To Suicidal Man, Fined $150

SALEM, Mass. - A Massachusetts teenager who yelled "jump" to a suicidal man on a rooftop has pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.

David Duchesne was fined $150 in Salem District Court on Tuesday.

    Wow, really? What a horrible person, wish the fine was more heavy you get this for speeding.
