Salisbury Waste Water Treatment Plant Lawsuit Heads To Court This Morning

While Mayor Ireton  has kept this quiet, attorneys are in court this morning for the first leg of this lawsuit. More than likely the City will have no recourse, (or very little) but you never know. We'll keep you posted.

    We're screwed, and my gut tells me that some people received benefits for approving such a poor plan.
